Course description:
The aim of this course is to educate people who manage facilities that operate under an A13c registration.
This course addresses the obligations of standard condition REG_01 of every A13c registration, including compliance with the Environment Protection Act (2017), subordinate regulations and associated duties.
Things are explained in more detail than the A13c Attendant training course, in line with the added responsibilities held by a site manager.
It is explained in accessible terms, with intermixed quizzes to assess competence to the legal duties under the Act and subordinate regulations.
The knowledge provided in this course will help managers understand the rules and regulations and will help when responding to residents and businesses looking to dispose of wastes.
Note: This is not a site induction. A separate induction process should be undertaken to ensure site specific details, including risks, hazards, expectations and requirements are understood.
